Why does your eyes speak
A language I forgot long ago
They tell me a tale of fairies
Yet the pain seems to be
In an unknown corner of you
The joy I feel in your gaze
Why do I feel tears waiting
To break free of your hold
So many questions to ask
Yet somewhere there is a line
Which I am afraid to cross
All I know is in your eyes
They speak a language
Which I remember speaking
A long, long time ago..
