The Change we Need

It is about time that politics in India entered a progressive stage with respect to dealing with imminent problems that are wrecking our society and creating hurdles for potential growth, rather than just being a system of vote-hungry and corrupt netas interested only in their individual lifestyles. What is necessary is evaluation of the existing state of affairs, educating our people through spreading of awareness, and above all keeping the rich culture of India, be it as diversified as possible, alive.

The youth of India is much too involved in the capitalistic tendencies of the West, and the lure of more-than-necessary luxury and money blinds them of their responsibilities towards the nation and its diaspora. And the majority of the working class, semi-literate aam junta is confused by the pseudo-communist policies of governance that never benefited the economy of the nation in its true sense. Capitalism degrades our morality and reduces us to a bunch of consumerist addicts living life just for the sake of spending more and more money without sense or sensibility, and communism is only a probable in an ideal Utopian scenario without taking into concern the limits and constraints of human behavior as well as social stigma.

What we need is a balance, and maybe the neo generation can do more, if only we are aware and conscious of our shortfalls, rise above our mental prejudices and stand up for what we feel is required. This land is ours, we are its inhabitants and children and if not for us, no one else gives a damn about the continuity of our civilization. Make no mistake, for regardless of color, caste, creed, religion and sex, WE ARE of one single civilization… The civilization that has stood the test of time and tyranny for thousands of years, and we still stand strong.

The time has come to act, and act we shall. For India depends on us, our mother depends on us. Hope this message reaches each and every one of her children.
