Silent recollections of an age gone by
Like the blows of the hammer strong
Do the thoughts in my mind run wild
The passions of one midsummer noon
Burn the flesh, pricks of ice cold fire
Light up the memories of your touch
And every inch of my skin is aflame
Yearning for one more remembrance
Of all that did trespass between us
The communion of our souls in bliss
Enchanting the rhythm of our love
When I kissed the softness of your lips
And the heat of your body engulfed
My existence totally into your own
I knew what it felt like to lose oneself
Within the realms of sexual ecstasy
The dance of desire awakens within
A primitive lust, so long forgotten
We were but two streams meandering
Along the sands of destiny, joyous
In our fated embrace, we became one
Time spied on our entangled limbs
Afraid of breaking the divine trance
Where was the music that we heard
Or was it the symphony of our ardor
And so, in my musings of my love
The warmth I felt when you held me
Reminds me of how much I miss you
How much I want to yield to you
Once more, and forever more…
